ACLA LA: Affordable Housing Programs
ACLA LA is a land trust that was started in 1991 when the organization was given 10 properties in New Orleans, LA. These properties were eventually sold to low to moderate income residents for no profit and remain owned by low income residents. Since it's initial created, ACLA LA has gone on to educate low to moderate income families on the benefits of home ownership, fair housing and fair lending practices, and lead poisoning prevention services.
